Reports To: Product Manager

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Support Specialist to join our team. The Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers and internal team members regarding our products and services in the automotive aftermarket industry.


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and assistance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct tests on alleged defective products to determine the root cause of the issue
  • Document test results and provide detailed reports to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to identify and resolve product defects
  • Assist in the development of processes and procedures related to product testing and defect resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product defects or issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services and industry best practices
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities


  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with automotive systems and components
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
